M - Alternative Medicine and Complementary Therapies

This Japanese philosophy is known in the West by its dietary principles and practice of whole foods cooked in a prescribed way, and in accord with required combinations. High fiber is generally accepted as a tenet, based on organically grown food. This philosophy is a commitment to a particular regime that involves many considerations that are brought into balance. Including, being aware of our own individual part that we play in this physical world, and accordingly achieve a broader, fuller sense of Self in relation to the Whole. Balance is encouraged within ourselves, with the food the body imbibes, and with the world. In this way a synchrony between these diverse elements is established, resulting in a unified way of living. Most importantly, a synchrony is established between the practitioner and the food.

An understanding of the interrelationship between magnetism in the traditional sense, and the electro-magnetic energy fields of the human body, in relation to electro-magnetic energy elsewhere in the environment. By using this understanding and applying various techniques and practices, one can influence the energy fields of the body in such a way as to help facilitate healing of various conditions. Magnetic Therapy Treatments include the use of non-invasive magnets applied to the body affecting its various ionic currents and electromagnetic fields. Reported benefits include relief from discomfort, reduction of swelling, infection, insomnia, stress, rheumatism, and can also help to increase energy. It is advised that a knowledgeable, experienced practitioner be consulted, so as not to adversely affect your electro-magnetic fields.

Magnified HealingTM of the God Most High

Magnified HealingTM is a very powerful 5th dimensional vibration frequency healing energy, modality and tool.

This healing method was previously used only in the higher dimensions by Ascended Masters to assist themselves, the Masters on Earth and under special dispensation, mankind.

This healing method was first introduced to the earth in 1983. It was brought through in its expanded form in 1992 under the direct intervention of Lady Master Kwan Yin for the spiritual advancement of Humanity and the Earth through the co-originators Giséle King and Kathryn Anderson.

Coming from the heart, raising our vibration of Light in our Whole Being and working with the Spiritual Hierarchy, it is a gift and expression of unconditional love from the God Most High (the Source, the All That Is, The Universal Mind), hence the name Magnified ‘Light’ HealingTM of the God Most High.

Magnified HealingTM fully integrates all aspects of healing, 5th dimensional vibration frequency Light energy, sacred geometries, breathing, sounds and affirmations.

It allows healing on all levels (Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual and Karma) by scanning, clearing, transmuting and reconstituting specific parts and various systems of the Body as well as the outer (subtle) bodies, bringing about the highest possible state of perfection in all levels.

In addition, it activates our DNA and Five Higher Bodies (different from our outer/subtle bodies), increases our Light levels and allows us to release old thought forms, habits, and belief systems. New patterns and belief systems are created, stabilised and actively sealed with Golden Christ Energy.

Magnified HealingTM Workshops, Magnified HealingTM Celebrations, and Magnified ‘Light’ HealingTM Practitioner Workshops (Phase I, II and III) and Magnified ‘Light’ HealingTM Sessions are available.

Massage Therapy

The manipulation of the superficial tissues of the human body in order to promote deep relaxation, and release tension. Recent research has proven that massage is therapeutic, and can soothe injured muscles, stimulate Blood and Lymphatic circulation, improve structure and function of the body, increase toxic elimination, and more.

The concept of meditation originated in the East, primarily in India, where formal techniques are taught and learnt. In the West this word seems to have a generic meaning, whereby it can almost mean anything. However there are several types of this practice. One is the technique of concentration, which can best described as focusing the mind on a particular value in a constant manner, with extreme intent. This can be illustrated by the chanting of monks, where a phrase or refrain is repeated for long periods of time. This technique appears to have been adopted by those who are usually in a monastic way of life, and who spend long hours in this practice. It does actually work by the mind being released from such control after a period of time, and then transcends itself to experience the transcendent. The same applies to extreme concentration techniques, like clearing the mind of thoughts, or staring at a candle. Then there is the technique of contemplation, which seems to be the most common technique in the West. This practice keeps the mind on the conscious thinking level, but at times there is an experience of the transcendent, but can be short-lived, as the conscious mind is so active, and is encouraged to stay with those thoughts. There are many variations to this type of mindfulness, and many different visualizations can be adopted, including and not limited to breathing techniques. The intent is for union with one’s source (the Transcendental Nature of Existence), and is highly recommended.

Myofascial Release Therapy

All muscles, arteries, bones, organs, etc. are held together by a Saran wrap kind of tissue called fascia. Developed in the late 1960's by John Barnes, Myofascial Release works by the manipulation of the fascia that connects and surrounds muscles. Because the fascia is body-wide, a tension or trauma in one part of the body can affect another part. The fascia responds to the trained touch to release the adverse effects of inflammation, tensions and trauma.

Developed by Bonnie Prudden in 1976, Myotherapy is a method of relaxing muscle spasm, improving circulation and alleviating pain. It works by defusing "trigger points," which are intense knots of muscle tension that often refer pain to other areas of the body. When a trigger point is under excess emotional or physical stress it often responds by throwing a muscle into spasm. Spasm, in turn, causes pain. The myotherapist erases the spasm by pressing on the appropriate trigger points for several seconds by means of fingers, knuckles, and elbows and then re-educates the affected muscle to its normal resting relaxed condition with special exercises designed for each individual problem.
